四 | 　　葛卫东最早现身于兆易创新2018年半年报，彼时持股252.4万股，为公司第八大流通股东。此后8年间，无论行业周期起伏、股价涨跌波动，他都持续加仓并坚守核心仓位，这也是A股市场长期持有科技龙头的代表性案例。　　从兆易创新股价来看，今年二季度，该股涨幅超过240%，股价一度超过800元。

五 | 6月底以来，科技板块震荡调整，兆易创新股价也震荡下挫，截至8月24日，股价跌至381.66元。　　另一只重仓股江淮汽车方面，葛卫东持股数量保持不变，仍为3049.35万股，持股比例为1.35%。与之形成鲜明对比的是，另一位知名“牛散”却选择了“坚决撤退”。

六 | 根据江淮汽车半年报，章建平妻子方文艳的持仓已经降至2346.02万股，几乎将非限售的股份都卖了。　　关联人持仓同步曝光　　新进2只个股　　葛卫东妻子王萍二季度操作更为活跃，共现身6家上市公司前十大股东名单，分别为索通发展、禾望电气、兆易创新、江淮汽车、新泉股份、中材科技，合计持仓市值超过100亿元。　　在加仓方向上，王萍与葛卫东保持同步，二季度增持兆易创新103.27万股。

八 | 从持仓数量看，王萍二季度卖掉约六成持仓。根据新泉股份半年报，2026年上半年实现营业收入80.15亿元，同比增长7.45%；归母净利润为4.14亿元，同比下降1.9%。　　葛卫东另一关联人葛贵莲二季度现身两家公司前十大股东名单，分别是江淮汽车、新泉股份。葛贵莲同样对江淮汽车“按兵不动”，但新进新泉股份前十大股东，持股381.17万股。　　截至目前，另一关联人葛贵兰持有江淮汽车1262.21万股，与一季度末持平，持仓未见变动。江淮汽车自5月以来持续调整，股价较年内高点腰斩。若葛卫东家族持股未作调整，其持仓面临较大浮亏。

九 | 　　8月19日晚间，江淮汽车发布2026年半年度报告。报告显示，今年上半年，其实现营业收入约221.3亿元，较去年同期的约193.6亿元增长了14.31%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约为-7.49亿元，上年同期亏损7.73亿元，同比减亏0.24亿元。　　对于业绩亏损的原因，江淮汽车方面在此前发布的2026年半年度业绩预亏公告中提到，主要受三方面因素影响：受市场竞争加剧影响，销量同比下滑；联营企业经营业绩出现亏损，导致报告期内公司整体投资收益为-1.3亿元左右；受汇率波动影响，财务费用为1.4亿元左右，其中汇兑收益同比减少3.9亿元左右。
